Ingredients
• | Gulkand | as required |
• | Khoya/mawa | 2 cups |
• | Chocolate,grated | 1/2 cup + to sprinkle |
• | Powdered sugar | to sprinkle |
Method
Lightly saute khoya in a non stick pan till it softens but do not let it melt. Transfer it into a bowl. Add ½ cup grated chocolate and mix well.
Take a cellophane paper, sprinkle powdered sugar and 1 tbsp grated chocolate on it. Spread the khoya mixture over it. Spread a little gulkand in the middle of the khoya block.
Gently roll the khoya with the cellophane paper first. Then roll tightly and refrigerator so that they become firm. Cut into pieces and serve.
